Texas Leadership Scholars
The Texas Leadership Scholars is an opportunity for college students to connect with peer and professional networks and mentors, participate in unique leadership development programs, and receive opportunities for undergraduate research and study abroad in a cohort model. Students who apply and are selected will receive financial aid to cover 100% of their tuition and fees, and a stipend for room and board for up to 4 years.

Murray Watson Jr. Scholarship
The Murray Watson, Jr Scholarship awards a $5000 scholarship every month to Texas students. Students must have a minimum of 3.3 GPA and be accepted and plan to attend a U.S. accredited state or nonprofit college or university. Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation
WFACF Scholarship application opens December 1st and the deadline is February 1st. There are numerous scholarships available through the Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation scholarship program, each with its own set of criteria and requirements. There are different timelines for the individual scholarships.
This is a two-part application process. You will need to sign-up and complete the General Application, and based on your current academic status the system will provide you with an additional application to complete for your High School or College information. The system will match you to scholarships based on your qualifications. Once you have completed and submitted those applications the system might also provide a list of other Recommended Scholarship opportunities for which you might possibly qualify.
