Conference Periods:

3rd period (9:50-10:36) and 8th period (2:39-3:30)

Tutorials:

I am available before school Tuesday -Friday from 7:30 - 8:00 am and after school Monday-Thursday from 3:30 - 4:00 pm.

2020-2021 Business English Supply List:

• Students will be expected to bring a blue or black pen, a pencil, notebook paper and their chromebook to class each day.
• A box of kleenex would be greatly appreciated.

2020-2021 Journalism Supply List: 

• Students will be expected to bring a blue or black pen, a pencil, notebook paper and their chromebook to class each day.

Grades (Both Classes):

Assessments (Tests, projects, fully processed essays, etc.) will count for 60% of the final average.
Daily assignments and homework will count for 40% of the final average. 

A little about me:

I graduated from Iowa Park High School.  I attended Midwestern State University where I received my Bachelors of Arts in English with a Teaching Cerification, and minors in both Theatre and Communications. I also attended The University of Texas at Dallas where I received my Masters in Arts and Humanties in the History of Ideas with a certification in Holocaust Studies. This will be my 16th year to teach, but my 4th year to teach at Iowa Park High School.
