W.F.George Middle School

Thank you for visiting our school website.  We are honored that your family has chosen IPCISD schools for the education of your children.

I have been blessed to serve as the W.F. George Middle School Principal since 2007.  Prior to that, I was Assistant Principal for 1/1/2 years and a teacher for 10 years, mostly here in Iowa Park CISD.  I taught science at Iowa Park High School for 8 years, beginning in 1996,  and have enjoyed getting to know families in this district since that time!  

I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree at Texas Tech University and Master of Education Degree at Midwestern State University.  In addition,  I have obtained the additional Superintendent's Certification from MSU.

Both of my children and husband are graduates of Iowa Park High School.  Our family bleeds green and we think yours should as well.  My children were involved in many of our school's excellent programs:  athletics, cheerleading, NJHS, con-current college classes, Interact, and much more.  As is any mom, I am proud of them and thankful for the start they had here in Iowa Park with a loving and nurturing environment that provided an excellent foundation for the next steps in their lives.

That nurturing environment is thanks to the quality of the people who have chosen to make Iowa Park their choice of schools for their families and their employment.  I am blessed to work with a committed and enthusiastic team of educators.  We take pride in our profession and in providing excellence in the classroom and on our campus.  We feel privileged to come to work every day with your children and we thank you for the trust you have bestowed in us.
