At the District 4-4A swim meet today, Alexis McLemore won gold in both the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly 🥇🥇. She advances to the Regional meet in Andrews, Jan 31. Congratulations Lexi we are very proud of you!

🌟The Early Childhood students will be having their Annual Christmas Scavenger Hunt Bus Ride on December 18th from 8:30-10:30 am. If you could please help out by keeping your Christmas Inflatables up and viewable that morning, it would be greatly appreciated! Kiddos will be choosing their favorite yard and a handmade trophy will be presented later that afternoon! 🎄🚌
🌟WFGMS Highlight🌟 The 8th grade students participated in a virtual field trip on campus. They got to tour the Dallas Holocaust Museum virtually, chat with a holographic survivor and study the assassination of President Kennedy. Of course the best part of the day was the pizza lunch and some time out in the sunshine! It was a good day to get out of the norm for some additional learning!
Annual Iowa Park FFA Canned Food Scavenger Hunt!! Over 800 items collected, a new Music Chair Champion was crowned, and our favorite ugly sweater winner came away a whole sonic gift card richer. We so thankful to this community and their giving heart. All items collected will be donated to Hawks Fighting Hunger and our local Iowa Park Food Pantry. Go Hawks!
Wichita District Banquet 2024! Iowa Park FFA is proud to announce that this crew earned the Wichita District LDE Sweepstakes Winner for the 3+ teacher division! We are so proud of all of our students and the work they continuously put in. What a great day to be a Hawk!
This weekend the Varsity Lady Hawks competed in the Archer City tournament where they went 4-0, defeating Petrolia, Windthorst, Archer City and Alvord.
Both the sub-varsity teams competed in the City View Tournament. JV went 3-1, only falling short to a very competitive Crowell team. The freshmen went 1-3.
It was a great weekend going into our first district game this coming Tuesday.
