Region 9 Photos of Staff and Superintendents are protected by copyright belonging to Sheri Baty/Creative Ink.  She has authorized the use of the photos to Region 9 ESC for use on its website and for display at Region 9 ESC. 

Other allowable uses:

·         Region 9 staff may use their photos in other work-related products such as presentations or flyers.

·         Superintendents may use the portrait for the district website with the stipulation that "photo courtesy of Creative ink by Sheri Baty, Knox City, TX" is added below the portrait.  The photo may NOT be used in yearbooks, athletic programs, press, etc. without the express permission of Sheri Baty/Creative Ink.

·         Personal use or making copies is prohibited without the express permission of Sheri Baty/Creative Ink.
