I was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas.  I attended Kate Haynes Elementary, Kirby Jr. High School, Hirschi High School, and Midwestern State Univeristy.  This is my 30th year as a teacher.  In my career, I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.  My husband and I have been married 21 years and he is a firefighter with the Wichita Falls Fire Department.  I have two sons.  The oldest is Brady and he is 19 years old and is in college.  My youngest is Ty.  He is 16 years old and he is an 11th grader at Wichita Falls High School.  I'm so excited to be here in Iowa Park and I am looking forward to a great school year.  I will be teaching 3rd grade math and science this 2021-2022 school year!
