• Baylor University Carr P. Collins Scholarships

    Baylor University annually awards scholarships through the Carr P. Collins Scholars program to students who have demonstrated leadership through service. Collins Scholars are awarded at least $5200 their freshman year, renewable for three additional years. Applicants must meet all university requirements for unconditional admission, have a minimum combined Critical Reading and Math score of 1310 on the SAT or a minimum of 28 on the ACT, have completed a balanced college preparatory program including history, science and foreign language, graduate in the top quarter of their class, and be a resident of the state of Texas.   • Texas Interscholastic League Foundation Scholarships

    Students who compete in the UIL Academic State Meet any year of their high school career are eligible to apply for a TILF Scholarship during their senior year (unfortunately participation in UIL athletics or on honor crew DOES NOT qualify a student for a TILF scholarship). Applications can be found at 
    www.tilfoundation.org from March 1st to May 11, 2018 (students competing in late speech contests may ammend their applications through May 25th).

  • Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund

    The Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund awarded over $1.6 million in scholarships in 2017. APIASF offers scholarship opportunities to Asian American and Pacific Islander students with financial need to increase their access to higher education and resources that cultivate their academic, personal, and professional success. The APIASF general scholarship program offers a range of scholarships from one-time $2500 awards to multi-year $20,000 awards.   • Hispanic Scholarship Fund

    The Hispanic Scholarship Fund, founded in 1975, empowers Latino families with the knowledge and resources to successfully complete higher education, while providing scholarships and support services to as many exceptional Hispanic American students as possible.   • Texas Engineering Foundation

    The Texas Society of Professional Engineers and the Texas Engineeering Foundation will award approximately $100,000 in scholarships to students attending an ABET-accredited university. The application form and a list of TSPE chapter scholarship coordinators is attached or can be found at www.tspe.org/programs/scholarships. Submissions must be postmarked or submitted to your local chapter scholarship coordinator by January 19, 2018.  Recipients should be notified by the end of March.   • NTS Communications Scholarship Program

    NST Communications will award up to five (5) $1000 scholarships. Applicants must be students who are completing their high school education and whose address at which they legally reside is within one of the following cities in Texas: Abernathy, Brownfield, Burkburnett, Colorado City, Hale Center, Idalou, Iowa Park, Lamesa, Levelland, Littlefield, Meadow, Morton, New Deal, O'Donnell, Olton, Pampa, Ropesville, Slaton, Smyer, Tahoka, Whitharral, and Wilson.   • Sheppard AFB Officers' Spouses' Club Scholarship

    The Sheppard AFB Officers' Spouses' Club is is offering scholarship opportunities to eligible individuals to commend community involvement and self-improvement. High school graduate scholarships are awarded in varying amounts to university, junior college, or vocational school bound students who will be attending college full time during the 2018-19 school year. Applicants must be a dependent child of US military personnel currently stationed at Sheppard AFB (active duty or reserve, officer or enlisted), a dependent child of NATO personnel currently stationed at Sheppard AFB, a dependent child of retired or deceased US military personnel previously stationed at Sheppard AFB, or the dependent child of a Civil Service employee currently employed at Sheppard AFB.
