Hello, I am the ISS (In-School Suspension) Instructor. When a student is assigned to ISS it is because they have a Level 3 offense or repeated Level 2 offense. When a student has been placed in ISS, they will be removed from their regular classrooms to my in-school suspension classroom. The students will complete all required assignments as assigned by their teachers and complete an offense specific PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports System). My goal for students assigned to ISS is to have a time of accountability and redemption. They are NOT bad students, they simply made a bad choice!
